9 month old with 101.7 fever?

My daughter has been running a temperature ranging from 99.8 to 101.7 for the past 3 days. shes also coughing. during the day shes normal for the most part. even now with a 101.7 fever she seems pretty content. weve given her tylenol and it brings it down for a while ... i just dont know what we should do.
