How to make someone bleed in fight night champion?

i bought this game. i made a player. i try to make someone bleed so much i turn up sliders and all. and honestly ive only made M. Ali bleed like a reel gash. i try to make someone bleed. i even fight men who's cuts and swelling is like low like im talking 81 or 74 even. but he just wont gush. i always end up knocking them out before i can draw blood. so who can help?
