Owwwww it hurts to cough!!?

I am 37 weeks pregnant and have had a bit of a summer cold the last couple of days, I now have a bit of a cough but every time i cough it hurts coz i'm sure i can feel the babys head being forced down! Its really uncomfortable!! Is this dangerous? Or is it just uncomfortable for me?
