Black ops xbox controller help?

With the ps3 down I'm usin the xbox but can't get a hang of the buttons is there any way I can change the layout to ps3 layout like aim l1 shot r1 instead of having to use l2 r2 cos it's killin me keep goin to shot n end up lobbing frags
