What should Miami do to get a ring next year?

The big 3 need to improve their game especially james and bosh, wade not so much since he's older and was the most dominant player in the finals, he would have to be that wade again to have a chance. Their bench also needs improvement, they should definitely bring back chalmers but, bibby,jones,dampier,howard,magloire, and ilgauskas probably all need to go for this team to improve. They need a legit bench and a big man , a decent backup PG to chalmers and they are set.
