Rabies through lakes and cities?

im scared that if i go to the lake that i'll catch rabies from the tree's or plants or an animal. and i'm scared to go to the city because im scared i'll get it from someone in the city. is it possible to get it from person to person if they sneeze on you or cough on you and stuff, and is it possible to get rabies thorguh lake tree's and grass, and lake water. im kinda really scared i'll get it at the lake or city from grass or tree's or somone coughing on me or sneezing on me or if i go to the lake i'll see a rabid animal and get rabies. fomr the lake and city im scared of those two places of catching rabies.
