Lumps in neck im scared help me?

So a couple days ago I had extreme pain in my neck, It was hard to swallow anything, and its not a soar throat or cough now I have a lump that hurts when i poke it on the front right side on my throat and there is also a lump probably pea size on the backish part of my neck, I dont know what to do my parents wont take me to the doctor and im like freaking out I just want to get it checked I dont know what to do.
