Everything is fine . Just calm down . Sinus infections can really mess you up and make you feel crappy . It's very unlikely that it is caused by anything else because most STDS have no symptoms until maybe a month or so after you've become infected . If you need 100% reassurance go to a planned parenthood near you and the std tests are VERY affordable . Good Luck !
