I have 3 questions about RISP and LOB stats. 1. Is the RISP almost the opposite of individual LOB? I mean?

does a batter with high RISP AVG have always low individual LOB and the opposite? 2. Which of these stats do you think is more important: Team LOB, Individual LOB, LOB with runners in scoring position, Team RISP. individual RISP 3. Why they count (for example in MLB.com in every game) only team LOB? At my opinion individual RISP or individual LOB are much more important stats but there are no stats for that.
