Health question possible migraine or tia?

lastnight I had some alcohol. Never got drunk but did feel really sleepy. Anyways, later on I was up and fine but my heart flutterd (skipped a beat) which produced a short cough. This is common when someones heart skips a beat ...to cough. I had heart trodes placed on my chest years ago as I was concerned as to why my heart skipped a beat now and then. They never found anything. So, lastnight as I said it happened again. I know that alcohol may have caused my heart to skip or flutter. I took noticed but it passed fast. So, today (sunday) I was in my room and started seeing this silvery wavy line in front of my vision. I of course panicked. Soon it went from the silvery lines in my front vision to a kalidescope type vision out of the corner of my eye. When I went to read the small black print on the laptop it was as if this black line stuff was running through my vision. Totally freaked it lasted about oh..... ten minutes? So I was taken to urgent care, but I decided not to go inside because I was feeling better. I did feel a minor headache come on so Im thinking it might of been a kind of migraine. I have never had the vision thing occur like that before that I can remember. The heart beat skip/ flutter might have been due to something other than this? Not sure? Its just they both occured with say 15 hrs of eachother......... maybe 12.
