Have I Broken One Of My Ribs?

I have had a forceful cough for three weeks now. I woke up this morning with a very sharp pain in my chest just below my right breast. It is very tender and painful to touch and really hurts when I cough, laugh, take a deep breath or move to quickly. There is also very faint bruising which has appeared throughout the day as I didn't notice it this morning. I know its from the coughing as I have not done anything to cause this injury. Have I broken my rib and what to I do about it?
