Golf wedge question preference?

I want to buy a lob wedge. I have a pitching wedge and sand wedge already, but I think I need a lob wedge. If you wouldn't mind telling me about lob wedges (what they are used for) and what degree I should get if I already have a 56 degree sand wedge. I love the look of the titilest vokeys but I'm looking for the best preforming wedge. Please tell me what I can spin with the most. Cleveland, titilest, etc. By the way, is it easier to spin with the wedges from last year before the groove rule? Thank you in advance. Let me know everything you know.
