Girls have a pelvic exam, pap smears, and mammograms. What about boys?

Girls have all these tests, but I havnt heard of any for boys. Right when you get sexually activee, you are told to you NEED to get a pelvic exam. WHen you are about 35, you NEED a mammogram. If you never had sex, when you turn 18, you NEED vaginal exams. We are expected to do all these tests where we get violated. I dont care if they are doctors and are just doing their job, its creepy. What about boys? I know about that one test where they touch under you balls and tell you to cough but what is that for? When are boys told to get that? When they get sexually active why dont they have people feel up their penis? What are the violating tests men have to get and at what age or, if its when they have sex.
