33wks pregnant help..?

I posted on here the other day about a cold possible bronchitis n its only gotten worse my bodt hurts so bad and now when I cough I have horrible pain in my vagina...im still very concerned about my LO I have an appt with the ob for my weekly nst today should I call the family doc or just wait for my ob appt? Will they do anything to help me im just misreable
